Terms & Conditions
Your non refundable deposit is paid when you book online to secure your date and time. The remaining amount, also non refundable, is due before you receive your proofs from your session.
Due to the custom nature of photography, strictly no refunds on either your deposit, final payment or your order total will be issued.
Helen usually gets bookings weeks in advance, and only takes on limited bookings per week to allow for editing of your images. For Newborns its advisable to book as soon as you have a due date, just keep us updated on your baby's arrival in case changes need to be made. If your baby has already been born, it’s never too late to enquire, and Helen will do her best to accommodate you where available.
No show or last minute rescheduling will mean you forfeit your deposit and you will need to re book online.
No refunds will apply to cancelled sessions.
It is best to arrive on time for your session. If you are running late, please don't stress, Helen will try her best to make it work. She is a mum too and knows how family life works.
No refunds will apply to pre-purchased gift vouchers under any circumstances.
f there are any family members that have any special needs/circumstances, please advise Helen through your client questionaire or by email.
We reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.
Clients that attend their photography session in a disorderly state, or show disrespect to Helen and her photography equipment will result in cancellation of the session immediately. No refund will be issued as per the cancellation terms.
Any promotional with special prices will strictly only be available during the time addvertised.
ONLINE SHOP ORDERS –
No refunds will apply on any physical or digital products purchased from our online store.
Entering into a payment plan you also understand any monies not paid in the outlined time frame will be immediately forwarded to a third party collection agency and you would also be liable for any additional fees associated with collecting outstanding funds.
